Agreement 2008
Terms
·
Vendors do not have exclusivity on any one product
type.
·
Vendors are responsible for their own cash security.
·
Vendors are to display the prices of product being
sold.
·
Vendors will not engage in “Price Wars” with each
other.
·
Vendors may only set up and sell in their designated
areas, which will be assigned after the signing of this contract.
·
Vendors are responsible for setting up by 5:00 pm on
June 27th and breaking down
of their stands in the afternoon of June 29th, as well as clean-up
of the surrounding area during the Festival.
·
Vendors will come under the Penticton Pacific
Northwest Elvis Festival umbrella for a business license in the park.
·
Vendors must provide “Vend-Rite” water hoses and
proper electrical cords if they intend to hook up to Penticton Pacific
Northwest Elvis Festival services.
·
Food Vendors, once approved, will need to complete and
return a Special Events application to the Penticton Health Board prior to
opening day. (A form has been attached
for your convenience).
