Penticton Pacific Northwest Elvis Festival Volunteer policy

The Penticton Pacific Northwest Elvis Festival agrees to the following understand with volunteers:

• Volunteers will receive respectful treatment.
• Volunteers will have access only to areas that are designated to them.
• Volunteers will have access to the volunteer party which will be held as soon as possible after the festival.
• Volunteers will receive one only, T-shirt with the Penticton Pacific Northwest Elvis Festival Volunteer logo on it.

The Volunteer agrees to the following understanding with the Penticton Pacific Northwest Elvis Festival.

· I will complete and submit a Volunteer application form.

· I will attend committee and/or orientation meetings.

· I will complete my Festival volunteer assignment in a satisfactory way. Will be on time for shifts, staying required duration, wear volunteer T-shirt on shift, respectful treatment of other volunteers, staff, performers and the public.

· I will abide by the policies of the Penticton Pacific Northwest Elvis Festival including zero tolerance for use of controlled drugs, alcohol and harassment.

· Volunteers will be person’s 16 years old and over.

· All volunteers will wear appropriate I.D. badges during work shifts(given out by the volunteer coordinator and turned in to an info station after shifts)
